The Republican Debate

So I'm watching the Republican debate on CNN and the question came up that was essentially "What would you do differently than President Bush?" Representative Tom Tancredo of Colorado, repsonded with "The biggest problem with the current administration is that he ran as a conservative, but governed as a liberal." Are you fucking kidding me? Bush? Liberal? Holy shit.

Luckily this guy will never get elected. His entire platform seems to be based on closing borders, English as the only language, and cutting off all legal immigration. When asked what he thought made someone an American, he actually said that this will not be an American country until we no longer have to "press 1 for English, press 2 for Spanish" What a nutjob.
