Apparently none of the descriptions in here are true anymore, except that sometimes I still worry about myself. In the past two years, I have tried to fly a kite.

JT!!

This week may have been the most traumatic Degrassi ever. Even more traumatic than Time Stands Still because this was just so unexpected. And its JT!!! I love JT. He's been there from the very first episode. He's a Degrassi institution.

On a side note, I think that Greg is totally disgusted by Degrassi and thinks a bit less of me because I came really close to crying while watching this episode. If he hadn't been there I probably would have cried. I don't care.

Goodbye James Tiberius York. You will be missed.

Ridiculous Thoughts

Tonight are the Golden Globes. The Golden Globes are the playoffs to my Superbowl of Oscar night. Everyone knows that the GGs is Hollywood's wild and crazy night, mostly because drinking copious amounts of champagne is encouraged. Once again, Meryl Streep won. I am fairly certain that she has won more acting awards than any other actress. I think she's been nominated for the most acting Oscars ever. (Not the most Oscars ever. Everyone knows that Edith Head, the costume designer from back in the day and inspiration for The Incredibles' Edna Mode, has been nominated for the most Oscars ever). Alas, I digress. What is fabulous about Meryl Streep is that she isn't really all that humble when accepting these things anymore. I guess she's figured out that she can't really be surprised and think these things are unexpected. She unabashedly promotes her own fabulousness, and I have to say, if anyone can do that, its her.

Also, since I haven't posted in a while, I need to comment on DH. First of all, Mike has amnesia and can't remember the previous two years of his life. His memory supposedly stops shortly after Mike first moved to Wisteria Lane. Now, we know all about that time in his life because it was the first season of the show. During the first season, Mike was all hellbent on figuring out where Dierdre was and investigating his neighbors and being Noah's little private investigator minion. Considering thats the last thing he remembers, shouldn't this be like, his mission right now? How come he's not more concerned about this?

Also, what the fuck was up with Zack's hair?! Its heinous looking. Its super cool that Zack and Paul are back, but seriously, someone should have shaved his head before letting him appear in front of a camera.
