Labor Day Weekend
So yesterday I was studying, as usual, and I got to thinking about how I really should update my blog more often. I mean, I should have been thinking about methotrexate and doxorubicin and chronic myelagenous leukemia (Gleevac!) and whatnot, but thats another story. Anyway, I decided to write down my random rambling thoughts as I studied, and then post them, which I'm doing now.
3:21 pm:
N'Sync's "POP" is quite possibly the pop-iest song out there. Its actually kind of hard to listen to it without getting sucked in. I feel my body start to rock, and baby, I can't stop. I find this incredibly disturbing. Plus, once you listen to it, it stays in your head for fucking forever!
3:42:
Christina Aguilera's "Fighter" is the "I Will Survive" of our generation. Since its pretty much an impossible song to sing unless you are Christina Aguilera, "Fighter" should at least be spared from being butchered by drunken yuppies on karaoke/$1 pitcher night at bars across the land.
5;13:
You know its bad when you're the only one in the law library and a Friday evening, and you don't even go to law school. Maybe I should rethink my career choices.
More to come...
Fucking neoplasia.

I remember when we were in NY, taking the train into the city and listened to "POP" on the way there- it was in my head, and I (annoyingly, I'm sure) couldn't help humming/singing bits of it for about the following four hours!
catchy song for sure
